The Owners are two brothers, one handles the finance the other handles the repairs and maintenance. Both very shrewd businessman in business to make money. Keep that in mind, but they are fair and respectful. Have reasonable expectations and they will work with you respectfully and honestly. Don’t buy 120,000 mile vehicle and expect there to be no squeaks or rattles. Know what you are buying and if you have problems, talk to one of them reasonably and you should be ok..

Just picked up a used Ram 1500 pickup from Auto Factory. Worked with Rob who was straightforward and easy to deal with throughout the process. He mentioned he does not work on commission and you can really feel that. It made the whole experience much less intimidating compared to other dealerships I visited where I felt pressured to buy something I did not even want to look at. Rob let me take my time checking out the truck and never rushed me which I appreciated. Pricing was pretty firm not a lot of room to negotiate but the truck was already priced well compared to others I looked at which is why I made the trip out there. They were able to work on the financing side which felt fair and helped make the deal come together. Worth the trip. The vehicle was exactly as described and in great condition. Go in knowing what you want and do your homework. Would definitely recommend.
